Our Dish Dyers are sent to you via FedEx Ground™. Fedex has shown through the years that it has the lowest amount of damage-in-transit for our products, and also offers the best pricing.

Products are usually sent within 48 hours of your placing of the order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for receipt of your product.

If you feel that your products are not arriving in a timely manner, please contact us at your earliest possible convenience, ceo "at" geniusgoods.com. It is often the case that we do not know there is a delay until our customers inform us there is one!

In the event of an exchange, you must notify us of your intentions so that we can issue a return authorization with Federal Express. If you send it back without doing so, we will not be able to associate your package with your transaction, and you may not receive a refund. Please see the warranty page for further information.
